U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened two new U.S. Supreme Court Justices regarding an abortion-related case that was in oral arguments on March 4, 2020. You have "released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price," said the Senator.

These shocking threats were voiced by the most powerful Democrat in America standing outside the doors to the building where these Justices were deliberating at that moment.

Since then, Sen. Schumer has REFUSED to apologize!!!

His words show a complete lack of respect for our country and for our justice system. His words were hateful and ill-mannered. His refusal to apologize only adds to the seriousness of the situation.

Sen. Josh Hawley is introducing a Motion to Censure Sen. Schumer. This is a public, official criticism of a fellow U.S. Senator who has made an egregious error. But many U.S. Senators are waffling on if they will support censure or not.

I urge you to censure Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for his threats against two Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, by name, on March 4, 2020.

Sen. Schumer warned that there would be consequences if the Court did not rule in favor of his agenda. He said, "I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward."

Sen. Schumer's threats against the Justices could instigate violence, not just against the U.S. Supreme Court Justices, but also against innocent citizens peacefully advocating for life across America. His remarks were disrespectful, hateful, and completely lacking in the decorum fitting the U.S. Senate.

Please publicly and immediately support Senator Hawley's "Motion to Censure" Sen. Schumer to restore decency and respect for our U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
