I am deeply concerned about Joe Biden’s intention to sign the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Treaty and revisions to the International Health Regulations without approval of the United States Senate.

Biden’s signature on these documents would cede U.S. authority over our health care, our borders and our laws to unelected, nongovernmental, global governing bodies, enforceable under international law.

The United States already suffered under similar previous actions, as evidenced by the 2015 WTO Country of Origin lawsuit (COOL), in which the U.S. was sanctioned $1 billion and forced Congress to change our laws to match the dictates of a similar unelected global body.

If the proposed Pandemic Treaty and IHR changes are signed, it will allow the WHO to dictate and impose:

• COVID-style shutdowns on parts or all of the U.S.
• Which medicines Americans will be allowed to take.
• Dictate which medicines Americans will be forced to take.
• Vaccine Passports that decide who is allowed to travel and when.
• Transgender and LGBTQ ideology in classrooms and in hospitals.
• Extreme abortion policies.
• Bill Gates’ climate agenda ideals.
• Eliminate not only American Christian rights, but all of American sovereignty.
• And much, much more.

This loss of sovereignty will directly undercut the individual freedom of Americans. This is unacceptable.

I urge you to do everything in your power to stop attempts by Joe Biden to put the free and independent citizens of the United States of America under the direct authority of the United Nations and its World Health Organization.
