Vaccines are the ONLY drugs that have absolute immunity...

If Big Pharma produces a drug that causes injury, they can be sued for damages. But if the same company produces a “vaccine,” it has absolute legal immunity no matter how many people the vaccine injures or kills. It’s not right, and Liberty Counsel Action is fighting to overturn the law that gives Big Pharma absolute immunity for vaccines.

Congress willingly obliged their congressional campaign funders, creating the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986. The new law was deceptively titled to give average Americans the false belief that victims of vaccine injuries would be protected from faulty vaccines. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was signed into law by United States President Ronald Reagan as part of a larger health bill on November 14, 1986. NCVIA's purpose was to eliminate the potential financial liability of vaccine manufacturers due to vaccine injury claims.

Congress doubled down on protecting its Big Pharma donors in 2005 when it passed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, granting Big Pharma even more immunity protection for their vaccines. The NCVIA and PREP laws have absolved drug companies from any and all liability for the deaths and injuries vaccines caused. No matter how many people are harmed by these multitrillion-dollar multinational corporations, the companies never pay a dime.

In American courts of law, companies are held liable for injuring people every day — except vaccine makers. Congress gave them a pass.

Recent history is replete with examples of drug companies being successfully sued by the people who were injured or killed by pharmaceutical drugs.

  • Bayer Pharmaceuticals was forced to pay more than 1.4 billion after its birth control drug Yasmin caused dangerous blood clots.
  • American Home Products was forced to pay 7.36 billion after its weight loss drug Fen-Phen was shown to cause life-threatening heart and lung damage.
  • Takeda, which manufactured the diabetes drug Actos, was forced to pay 2.3 billion to patients who suffered bladder cancer.
  • Otsuka Pharmaceuticals was forced to pay victims hundreds of millions of dollars, with more judgments to come, when its drug Abilify caused patients to develop compulsive gambling and sex syndromes.

Yet these same companies, and any others who manufacture “vaccines,” are IMMUNE from any lawsuits or damages when their vaccines harm people.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) keeps track of how many people are injured or killed by vaccines each year. As of 2017, the most recent date for which statistics are available:

  • More than 100 million children were reported to have been injured or killed by the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine.
  • More than half a billion children were reported to have been injured or killed by the DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccine.
  • More than 1.5 billion people were reported to have been injured or killed by the flu vaccine.

And according to the HHS website tracking vaccine injuries site (VAERS), there have been more than nearly 1.7 million reports of COVID vaccine injuries and deaths in the United States alone. The HHS admits that these reports are likely less than 1% of all vax injuries or deaths in the U.S. due to doctors and pharmaceutical companies not reporting vax injuries and deaths as required.
